Yearly Archives: 2010 Well I’ve finally got round to putting together a post about the recent promo shoot with Singer, Chanel Fusco which we did in the studio. The photo shoot itself was made up of three different set ups making use of a real mixture of equipment ranging from a Single Nikon SB800 Speedlight and Shoot Thru…  Well it’s been quite a weekend; most of which was spent in London for a 3 man Photo Walk, a Photography Workshop and finally a Wedding Shoot. Thursday: It all started on Thursday when I caught up with Scott Kelby (bringing over his Photoshop for Photographers Workshop from the US on the Friday) and UK NAPP…  I’m extremely excited to announce that this month’s Guest on the blog is Photoshop Retoucher Extraordinaire Calvin Hollywood!!! I’ve been a huge fan of Calvin and his work since he was a Guest over on Scott Kelby’s blog back in March of this year, so getting the chance to talk at length with him was…  Not long now until the big day when Kimberley Payne and Terry Perfect become Mr & Mrs… Now despite not being a Wedding Photographer when I was approached by Kimberley and asked if I would photograph their big day how could I possibly refuse? … they are friends after all Wotton House in Dorking is…  Ok so this was our model Richard East’s first ‘portfolio shoot’ and entire shoot was not only done in the studio but also with Nikon SB800 Speedlights despite having virtually all of Profoto’s range of heads and modifiers available. Reason…nothing exciting I’m afraid, just keeping it simple, moving fast and also had another set already… |
